CGP Wellness provides a top-notch, evidence-based approach to behavior change. Our multidisciplinary team of Health Coaches includes Registered Dietitians (RD) and Certified Health Fitness Specialists (HFS) among others. Coaches are extensively trained to help motivate individuals to adopt and sustain healthy habits.
