In all of the onsite responses, we have provided the necessary education, support, and trauma counseling to help our clients re-establish feelings of security, control and normalcy as quickly as possible.

• 24 hour access to one of our professional staff via telephone or an online form;
• Telephonic consultation within three hours of the initial call or submission of an online form;
• Assessment and action plan;
• In-country face-to-face counseling services; and
• Additional services as requested.
Individual Crisis Counseling
It is a service designed for any company requesting our assistance on an individual case by case basis for expatriates and their immediate families. Whether the issue is a cultural adjustment, a problem at work, anxiety, depression, family conflict or a traumatic event, your international employee needs quick access to professional intervention.
Group Critical Incident Services
An unexpected, dramatic event at work can leave a profound aftershock on affected employees. CGP's local national employee/family assistance program includes critical incident intervention for traumatic events such as accidents, death, natural disasters, and hostage taking. In the wake of a critical incident, CGP moves quickly to activate our local providers and schedule an intervention before international employees experience the negative impact of unaddressed trauma.
